Eduardo Muñoz serves as Conference Treasurer and Hispanic Ministries Coordinator. He came to Chesapeake in 2000 as Associate Treasurer from the Texas Conference where he held a similar position.

Eduardo is a native of Panama. He attended college first in Costa Rica and then in Texas. He holds an MBA from Southwestern Adventist University. His experience includes roles as an Auditor and Academy Business Manager. Prior to coming to the United States, Eduardo worked in El Salvador, Panama, and Nicaragua.

Eduardo is married to Elsy Muñoz. They have two adult daughters.
